NEW service announcement. Flourishing with ADHD or autism. Scheduled for take-off in Oct 2024
More Human is proud to announce Flourishing with ADHD or autism - A NEW group coaching and learning experience for neurodivergent women, non-binary and AFAB - scheduled for take-off in Oct 2024.
🚀 First up, a mini service ignition update (for those who missed it)
I should start with a brief progress report on the development of the ADHD and autism pre-diagnostic self-screen service for adult women, non-binary and AFAB.
Last week, we hit a milestone (and I hit a wall) - read the full update here. We have now completed our research and co-design phase, including first-stage validation testing and iteration of the following screenings
Internalised symptoms - commonly co-occurring medical disorders that are red flags for undiagnosed ADHD and autism
Relational trauma checklist - supports written disclosure of relational trauma and requesting a trauma-informed process
FADHD100 - 100 female ADHD symptoms and 35-point rejection sensitivity screening
FAQ100 - 100 female autistic traits and 25-point masking screening
DCDA35 - 35-point Adult dyspraxia screening
Sensory differences - full sensory needs self-assessment
Having completed user research, co-design and first-stage validation testing, we are now at a point where we need to generate revenue to support phase 2 - service implementation and delivery. Time to put Flight 2 in the air.
More Human is proud to announce Flourishing with ADHD or autism, a NEW group coaching and learning experience scheduled to take off in October 2024.
I fully intend to deliver this breakthrough screening service for women. This coaching programme is my creative funding solution. I know you are going to LOVE it.
I cannot deliver without the continued support and investment of female allies. The best way you can support me is to like, comment and share this new service announcement, or sign up for the ”Flourishing with ADHD or autism”

About Leanne
🎓 PGDip Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology
🧠 Female founder, neurodivergent leader, creative problem solver, researcher, group facilitator and positive psychology coach
Leanne is a late-diagnosed neurodivergent (woman!) and a positive psychology coach. She is proudly AuDHD, and a brave survivor diagnosed with CPTSD.
Leanne is the founder of More Human. We help neurodivergent humans flourish. More Human is on a mission to close the gender gap in ADHD and autism recognition, widen access to a medical diagnosis, support and create equal opportunity.
In her coaching practice, Leanne helps clients increase their wellbeing, wellness, mental performance and growth mindset. Her areas of deep expertise include facilitating creativity and collaboration, empathy and emotional intelligence, understanding dark personalities and toxic relationships, resilience and burnout recovery, mindfulness and yoga.
Leanne has trained in coaching with the VIA strengths framework and the Penn Resilience programme; designed by Dr Martin Seligman and colleagues for the US military to buffer against stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD. Leanne has also trained as a yoga teacher and in mindfulness.
A highly experienced 1-1 and group facilitator and coach, Leanne holds a PGDip in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology. She is currently working toward her MAPPCP and the highest level of coaching accreditation with the EMCC.
Story
Aged 34, Leanne had a debilitating burnout and breakdown, leaving her unable to function or work for two years and chronically suicidal. She was diagnosed with severe depression and CPTSD. A personal epiphany led to an ADHD and autism diagnosis at age 36. Suddenly, everything made perfect sense.
The Papageno effect holds that survivors of sexual assault or suicidality who tell their stories and specifically how they coped lower the suicide rate. A conversation with her psychiatrist led her to decide to productise her brain and share everything she has learned on her journey to recovery. Leanne founded More Human to help other women stay hopeful and resilient and empower them with knowledge.
Her blog “She’s Opinionated” aims to empower women with knowledge, support female allyship, and offer a safe space to be verbal about the challenges we face as neurodivergent women.
“Flourishing with ADHD or autism” is a 10-week coaching programme designed to bring neurodivergent women together to share knowledge and co-create strategies to flourish at work and thrive in a world designed for neurotypicals.

Rose is a late-diagnosed autistic woman and a behavioural scientist. She is highly experienced in researching and co-designing services with vulnerable groups and has deep experience in the healthcare sector. Rose is passionate about elevating marginalised voices, facilitating creative collaboration and female allyship.
Rose has dedicated her life to understanding and helping other people. From her first career training as a mental health nurse for the NHS, she took her hands-on experience of connecting with people with different ways of thinking and perceiving the world and used it to develop research-led approaches to designing service solutions.
In the last two decades, Rose has worked across five global continents in across a range of sectors, focusing on underserved populations - particularly women - helping them self-advocate for their health and social wellbeing needs. She has developed conversation and workshopping tools that bridge the boundaries of language, culture and experience.
Rose practices as a behavioural scientist, leveraging the academic theory of behaviour change in working directly with communities. Her specialisms are in taking human-centred approaches to solution design and finding ways to engage beneficiaries in co-designing services.
Story
Rose's career-changing moment came when working for a US-based healthcare organisation and recognising ethical conflicts in her clients’ priorities. She decided to work only on projects and assignments that would have a positive impact on people, society or the planet.
Rose spent many years in corporate consultancy. Working in the industry as an autistic woman with hyper-empathy left her vulnerable to exploitation. Rose suffered two years of workplace abuse that eroded her self-confidence, leaving her unable to self-advocate and in burnout.
In the years it has taken to recover her self-esteem and reclaim her creative confidence, Rose grew determined that she would not allow herself or others to find themselves in a similar position again.
Rose role models empathetic leadership and shows strength in helping other women feel psychologically safe and have the courage to be vulnerable. As the programme co-lead, Rose will facilitate discussions that will help neurodivergent women speak up and self-advocate in the workplace.
